Freshness and quality are our commitment to you – we choose each ingredient individually for its flavour, texture and purity. We roast our own nuts, use local dairy ingredients and never compromise our techniques or recipes.
We strive to remain small enough to handmake each and every batch of chocolates. Truffles are freshly dipped and nut barks, fudges and fine confections are crafted daily by our gifted chocolatiers.
Blending tradition and a desire for both classic and contemporary flavour combinations, we are dedicated to remaining a unique artisan chocolate shop!
The first tiny storefront was established in 1986 by mother and daughter team Deanna Gagnon and Sherry Bruce ~ they were later joined by Sherry’s husband Jorden Marshall. With the help of many loyal staff members, Jorden currently guides the business.
